well, we made it back alright, and have been busy busy busy with the new lambs, another one born today, justin's birthday. photos on their way.
It has been a good start to 2009 for our farm, and family, the greenhouse plastic blew away, but we had already ordered the new plastic as it was old and tatty, so now i have a new greenhouse youpiiiii. the cuttings are doing well, the hedges are being planted as well as the walnut trees, all ten are in i think now. moses and salix planted a couple of trees on their own, they admit to having not gone deep enough, but better than nothing, and good energy for the trees. it is great watching children working in the garden. actually, it is great watching people work har har har.
despite the weather, spring is on its way, spotted some snowdrops in a garden in esperaza, on the same day i found some almonds on the ground knocked out of their tree by the strongest winds in ten years... off home for lunch, more soon i hope
