well, ivor's first birthday went as can be expected, he didnt manage to blow his candles out, he had no idea it was his birthday, i burnt the cake and salix and fabien had a great time with him. perfect.

fabien was under the surgeon's knife for three harrowing hours yesterday, removing a large 'ranule' from under his tongue. a blocked saliva duct. i am in the process of uploading a graphic video for your delight, a before video, and an after photo - he is finding it difficult to lift his tongue. poor thing:( He is healing rapidly, and is outside playing with ivor.
