the garden: one of our accommodations, actually, its called the red tent, despite its colour - claimed for the person who needs quiet and peace, should only be women on periods, but not sure i can justify that, until we have another 'quiet spot' :

you know, i saw a youtube american lady making a lot of sense about what is wrong with the american system, and how they are in the middle of a coup, and not a democracy (bit like the uk really, and france and possibly most of the roman following world. i agreed with most of what she was saying until she suggested, or even advocated arresting these people, and i am sure, a violent end to their present regime. surely if you dont agree with the justice system you cant hypocritically USE it? anyway, nice to have the husband and children back, bit more noisy! dropped off nina and becky in perpignan - our last wwoofers of the season, lots are contacting us at the moment tho! families mainly, with children. nice.
we have received permission to build on our land. so we are starting to dig the foundations - i am trying to insist that we do it by hand - no diggers. herculean, monumental job, so we set to. trying to work out if it is more cost effective to hire a digger, buy one and re-landscape the whole shebang, or feed wwoofers and helpx and anyone else who wants to help. not a fast job by hand. great to watch the men work tho. should've seen azrael's face when i picked up the pickaxe and started swinging. i changed from 'mum' to 'warrior' in an instant!!! hee hee. crash the barriers and jump out of your box.
